Dear Friends:
Our country began 2021 with a Presidential inauguration, an incoming administration full of new ideas and new attitudes, and in this now second year of coronavirus pandemic, a positive outlook to bring hope and confidence to the nation. No matter whether you did or did not support the new President, you have to be proud of January 20 and our country’s 200+ year history of peaceful transition.
We celebrated our own transition January 1 with the elevation of VP and General Manager Tyra Cunningham to President of the Company.
Tyra has been with us for 20 years, with increasing responsibilities. She began as a Customer Service Representative, then promoted to CS Manager, then to VP and General Manager, and now to President. She has BA and MBA degrees earned while working full time! We could not have more confidence in her leadership going forth.
Tyra is the third President in our 40 year history. By the way, two were women.
2021 is starting off well and we anticipate our overall national economy to revive as the year continues. And as always, we are here for you!
