As you’ve probably noticed, we’ve been going through a series of updates on our website lately. We launched an entirely new site in the beginning of 2017, and like any major project, there were a wave of updates to follow to work out any “bugs” we encountered. We were excited about the new tools and content we were able to provide, and we trusted you were happy with it too. Then we learned you had some thoughts about the changes.

We recently added our short survey at the end of the checkout process and simply asked what you would change to make your experience better. We are so happy we did too because your comments have made all the difference. We just want to assure you that we look at every single rating, every single comment, and we take notes about your experience and we value your feedback. Your voice is being heard loud and clear by our customer service and web development team, and we use that information to make updates to address your concerns accordingly. We aim to provide the best experience possible, and if we’re doing it wrong, we want to know how to make it right.
