What a great idea! This liner has got a clip on the inner wall. Just feed the cord from below, clip it onto the "Clipper Gripper", casually reach in from the top and pull the cord through. EZ!
EDP clipper gripper fits into a 2 1/2" hole.
Size: 3" overall diameter; 2 9/32" inside diameter; 5/8" deep.
